NOTE;
New schedules added on 11/23/2009 - Please check your answering machines to be sure they have
the correct emergency number and they are turned on daily.
- Remember Referal Logs MUST BE COMPLETE- Not just
the date referred but the follow up letter. The referral is not complete until they are seen by the other doctor.
- Dilations
are a regular part of the complete exam. Be sure to offer it to the patient, or strongly suggest it if they need it. Be sure
to get the waiver signed if they do not want it done.
- No patient under the age of 18 can get contacts or have any
form of treatment without parental consent. A dfex is ok but not tx.
- Never let a patient leave unhappy. Get the manager,
call your TD or me. Unhappy patients don't come back!
